All right welcome to Talk Is Jericho. It is the part of Thunder and Rock and Roll and some serious

rock and roll today. One of the greatest rock and roll albums of all time. It's the 50th anniversary

of the release of the Beatles Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club band record and today. The fab

three are reuniting to break down the album. Explain where the Beatles are. The greatest band in

rock and roll history and why this just might be their masterpiece. And of course I'm talking

with the fab three I'm talking about myself and my two good friends and fellow Beatles fanatics

Mike Portnoy and anthrax drummer Charlie Benanty. We heard Beatles Benanty with Charlie and myself.

We've heard with fab three talk about the Beatles 50th anniversary of the Sullivan show with Mikey

and Charlie. They're both on the show before and I had to have them back for this monument.

This occasion we've got so much history and trivia favorite songs in the record,

least favorite songs in the record. The role that the Beach Boys pet sounds album might have played

in the making of Pepper. What we thought when we first heard it and Mike even talks about getting the

double vinyl album as a kid and checking out the back of the album had the song lyrics printed on

it. It was a first in music history printed lyrics in the back of the record. A lot of firsts

in rock and roll history. Thanks to this album you'll discover a few more as you listen.
