Today we are discussing sexual arousal.

Sexual arousal describes the physiological and psychological preparation we undergo for

sexual intercourse.

So ladies, tell me, what is arousal in your own words?

Arousal is getting your mind and body on the same page with a focus on interest in sex.

I think of it as feel-good sensations that build to greater and greater pleasure. And also just relaxation, too.

Arousal to me can include some, I guess, relaxing in the sense of leaning into the moment.

That's what I mean. Leaning into the moment.

I think my definition goes closer to what gay is talking about,

where it has to do with your mind and your body being in sync with each other and kind of

turning that stimulation into real interest in sex. Now, my personal thought about arousal,

it's for me, it's a plumping up. It's, you know, that iceberg starts pumping full of blood and things are just a little more sensual.

Senses are heightened. For me, that's what arousal is. So what would you say the difference is between female arousal and male arousal?

Not that we're males, but we can probably have some insight into that.

It's really hard to figure out at first because all my sense of what counted as arousal was based on males because I didn't know any different.
