Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

One of my promises to you is that I walk every single day.

It's a commitment that I make to myself, and it's a commitment that I make to you.

And what I mean by walking every single day is not that I'm getting up out of a chair and moving from one room to another and there, there's my walk, but that I take an intentional fitness walk every single day.
