Congress. I was set to interview Mark Zuckerberg, you know Facebooks Mark

business people and I knew this wasn't going to be a friendly audience. They

didn't really get or like Facebook's approach to doing business.

I also knew Mark got nervous for these kinds of things,

And I just remember beforehand, pacing back and forth in front of the bathroom mirror in my hotel room,

sweating, trying to envision things going perfect, just the way that I wanted them to.

you can control so focus on those things this is a key insight for anyone who's ever studied performance
