0:06.0	From the news team at LinkedIn, I'm Jesse Hemphill and this is Hello Monday. Before the pandemic, I went to work every day in an office. Then, like so many of you, I started working from home with no warning.
0:27.0	It was a mess. All the time between then and now has become this elongated blur.
0:34.6	The 15 months during which our office literally was not open.
0:39.0	The time, gosh, was it a month or a year, where some people came back in but there were no real rules?
0:46.0	Like it was still okay to wear the same LinkedIn hoodie sweatshirt because you probably wouldn't see anyone in the office anyways.
0:54.0	And then the shakeout, as those rules began to emerge, both stated and unstated.
