podcast. And this week is no different. This week, we are talking about setting boundaries with family over the holidays. Now, I don't care who you are. There's probably some level of this going on in your life that you need to deal with. It's just part of life. We all have different expectations, different perspectives that we bring to the table. And when you get married, you throw in a whole other family in the mix,

and there is room for conflict, room for people to challenge your beliefs, challenge your

decisions as a family. And these things have a way of just coming to a head at the Thanksgiving

table at Christmas time when there are all these different social expectations, especially
