Hey, girlfriends. How are you? Thanks for being here. Thank you for showing up for another episode of the Girlfriends Podcast. You know I love that we're able to connect this way every week. Here in New Hampshire, it is freezing cold and I'm sitting out in my car so that I don't disturb my sleeping family with my loud voice. But it's November and we're feeling it. So I wanted to do a quick at the start of the show

check in about fitness how you're doing because I find this transition time of year from

being able to be outdoors for running and walking and, you know, various exercise

outdoors to having to be indoors. Like over the weekend, I did my very first treadmill workout

of the season. And I did struggle. I struggled with the idea of running that way as opposed to

being outdoors, which I find so much

more enjoyable. But I know it's important to get into these routines. And I wondered if maybe some

of you were going through similar things. When I shared about the treadmill workout on Instagram,

I heard from a number of people in the South and in Texas that were like, this is the best time

of year for running outdoors.

So like if you're living there, maybe your indoor workout season is during the summer

when it's just too hot to do anything outdoors and you're really enjoying this.
