DMs on Instagram actually about scheduling and the importance of having a schedule and a routine during this, you know, kind of shelter in place, stay at home order, you know, us being kind of quarantined into our own little boxes.

And obviously my schedule has changed drastically from about, we're over two weeks in at this point, which is crazy to see. I've not worked with humans in over two weeks now since we basically shut down our place here on March the 16th and now it is already April 1st, which is crazy. Sad at the same time, but obviously, you know, this is what we got to do to mitigate what's going on.

What that said, my schedule is not the same as it once was, but I do still have a very structured and rigid schedule and routine.

It's more relaxed than it has been the past 10, 11, 12 years.

But I do find there is importance to a schedule and to a routine. I believe it is the heart

of all our success and our sandy and our progress. I am very, I guess you'd call me a mutant,

like robotic in the way that I do things. And it's, I guess, what makes me great and which also makes me, you know, kind of a lunatic and probably drives my wife nuts and the people around me. But since we're, you know, a couple weeks in, if you're in California, you're probably closer to three weeks in. For us, it's, for me, it's been over two weeks for sure Arizona just ordered it the other day

honestly I think you know if we can all stay home and be safe and if that helps you know our health

Like I mentioned, Travis Merritt, put a nice thing out on scheduling too. I've been sharing, you know, talking with BJ and some other of my friends that just, just checking and just see how they're doing you know
