Hey, what's going on guys? Welcome back to Jeremy Scott Fitness podcast, a radio show coming to you on this Friday just after 1 o'clock, wrapping up my own terrible lower body workout and filming a ton of content for our 47-day transformation people or inner circle guys.

in a different season of life, which we all are stuck in this crazy, you know, zombie apocalypse

of living right now. And again, there's some great things with it. So maybe you don't feel like you're trapped in it. Maybe you feel like you have a chance to relax and have a mini retirement and have a reset. And that's a great way to look at it for sure. I know a lot of people, you know, feel like it's a completely negative. And there is some positive and I'll

touch on that stuff in a different episode altogether. But when you find yourself, you know,

stuck in a small ecosystem without your friends and all your family around, and even though we

connect to them digitally, it isn't quite the same for a lot of people. And it's easy to turn on

the news and get sucked into that, you know, negative, you know, vortex into that negative vortex of shit for 10, 15, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or get into a negative Facebook feed and read the comments of the doomsday scenarios and stuff.
