Hey, what's going on guys? Welcome back to Jeremy Scott Fins podcast for a video show.

0:03.6

Coming to you on a Tuesday here, 10 o'clock, probably one of the earliest podcasts I've ever done in recent memory.

0:11.3

But tis the season. We're all stuck in a little bit different cycle than we're usually in.

0:15.3

So I want to drop this on all of you today.

0:17.7

But hopefully it finds you staying safe, being healthy, putting yourself in the best

0:23.1

position to kind of get through the season that we're in, right? And not just physically,

0:27.6

but mentally, spiritually and emotionally. And again, if you guys need anything, there's anything

0:31.5

we can do to help, please reach out, hit me up. I'm happy to get back to you as soon as possible.

0:36.4

I will say we have been

0:37.5

initiated with emails, requests on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, you name it, all the things

0:44.3

you guys have been sharing and doing with the podcast and our workouts. I appreciate it.

0:48.2

It's been awesome to see us stay connected virtually, even though we're all kind of trapped

0:51.8

in our own little ecosystem. So I thank you guys for that. Keep it coming. I love it. Thank you for sharing the podcast. Thank you for sharing the videos. It does mean a lot to me. And I'm sharing this today because my homie, Travis Merritt, shared it with me on Sunday, and I wanted to pass it along because I do think there is some gold in here for a lot of you guys.

1:11.1

And as fate would have it as I was like writing him an email, probably within, I don't know if he did it before or right after, but he was trying to call my phone as I was actually on a podcast recording some of the stuff that he had sent out later.

1:24.8

And the reason I share that is just it's nice to set a reminder on your phone to connect with people, whether it be friends, fame members, people you work with, your coworkers who are now distant from you, maybe, you know, they're going through some stuff or they were before this happened and this is just compounding it. It just goes a long way for you just to send a text, an email, a check in. Not that you're

1:45.2

asking for anything, but just to say, hey man, what's up? How's it going? Or share some information, like a podcast, or share a positive message or a funny gift or a meme. That goes a long way to create a dialogue. I think now it's more important than ever to stay connected and keep our mind's healthy in this, you know, kind of season that we're in. And so it was just nice that he

1:44.5

was calling just to check up. important than ever to stay connected and keep our minds healthy in this uh you know kind of season that

2:01.9

we're in and so it was just nice that he was calling just to check up and say nothing else and just kind

2:06.4

of shoot the shit and because we both do the same thing for business and so it's nice to know uh and in

2:11.7

these times you get to see like the people who really give a shit um and who really care about you

2:16.9

and who want to be connected.

2:18.2

And it's nice.
