Hello and welcome back to the Half-size-me show I am your coach Heather and today I'm going

1:06.5

to be coaching the lovely Miss Tina.

1:10.2

Tina has a really interesting situation she would like to lose weight and she's also

1:16.7

trying to care for a daughter that is recovering from anorexia.

1:21.6

This is a really interesting situation I'm super grateful Tina wanted to come on and

1:25.4

1:31.4

eat more or needs to eat higher calories or more calorie dense foods but you yourself

1:38.7

are not on that same journey and so how do we make those two worlds come together and

1:44.6

2:06.5

So I think that if you right now maybe you're in a similar situation where somebody in

2:10.0

your family has to eat one way you have to eat a different way and you're really struggling

2:14.7

with this a lot of times we want to go to the all or nothing right I have to either completely

2:18.6

do exactly what this person is doing or I can't do any of it I have to do something completely

2:23.4

separate but what if there was something in between and that's what I wanted to help

2:27.8

Tina see there is this place in between those two worlds that she could exist in and still

2:33.5

make some progress.
