Hello and welcome back to the Half-size-me show. I've got a really awesome interview for you today with one of our beauty

1:06.9

community members named Jean. Jean has overcome so many of the obstacles that people email me about.

1:16.5

She is extremely petite, she's under five feet tall. She has gone through menopause while she was losing her weight.

1:26.0

She really had to look at losing weight from a different perspective in order to be successful. I think you're going to get a lot out of this particular call because I would say the top three things I hear from people one and my two old. That's one of the big ones.

1:44.0

Am I too old to do this? I'm going through menopause, parimenopause. It's all those kinds of obstacles that they see in their way.

1:53.0

The other one I've been getting more and more are women who are more petite and or less active and are realizing that their maintenance calories are a lot lower than they thought they would have initially been.

I want every single member no matter how long you've been a member you could have been here since we started in 2013. You could have been here for just two seconds. It really doesn't matter.

3:16.5

Everyone needs to start with the six steps to success. The reason is is because what I have learned in all my years of coaching, working with people, seeing the consistent struggles people come up against.

3:28.8

It really comes down to an internal battle. Some people will say I feel like there's like a double on one shoulder and angel on the other.

3:36.5

I feel like I'm a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and what it is is you feel like you're kind of at war with yourself.
