I'm a loyal listener to your show and just finished the most recent episode, Connections

with Friends, What's Next?

I had a few thoughts I'd like to share after hearing you talk about figuring out what's next

after discovering your spiritual gifts.

I always knew I was sensitive and intuitive, but it wasn't until I was about 40 or so,

I'm 45 now, that I really embraced my abilities and started learning everything I could

about spiritual development. After a few years of reading, researching, listening to podcasts,

and connecting with like-minded people, I realized that I didn't want to take it any further.

I didn't want to stop learning or discovering things about myself. In fact, I consider myself

a lifelong student of all that life has to offer, but I wanted to still stay in the world I already

inhabit. I don't want to do readings or hone my skills as a medium or learn to row. I just want to

use my abilities to be a better person in life

and in the work that I do. I've spent 20 years in the education world, and I currently teach

sports to young girls in a program where we emphasize empathy and compassion. I feel like I'm doing
