But first, let's take a moment to relax our minds and bodies. Wherever you are, give your shoulders a roll, forwards and backwards. forwards,

and backwards,

however many times feels good for you.

Close your eyes and inhale deeply for one, two, three seconds, holding for 1. 2. 3 seconds.

And then exhale for one, two, three seconds.

Continue this steady breath

and pay attention to how your body feels.

Without lingering too long,

just notice and acknowledge each body part in detail from the tips of your toes to the top of your head and mindfully release any tension you find anywhere. With one more deep breath in when you're done,

audibly sigh out your exhale and settle in while I recap our last episode.
