This evening we are continuing with sense and sensibility.

But first, let's take some time to relax.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

When you breathe deeply, physically calm your nervous system, which is why this is important

to feel more peaceful.

Focusing on these calming breaths,

in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Notice how the air enters and leaves your body.

Maybe how your chest and stomach rise and fall with each breath.

If your mind wanders, gently guide it back to this breath and try not to get frustrated.

Inhailing deeply, inviting in the positive, and exhaling out,

and exhaling out, releasing the negative.
