Tonight, we are continuing with sense and sensibility.

But before that, let's relax.

Get comfortable where you are and take a deep breath.

Stay very still, perhaps with your eyes closed and continue to take deep breaths while you scan your body, mindfully releasing any tension you are holding in any part

of your body.

You can try squeezing and releasing the muscles as you go.

Perhaps working your way from your toes,

up your legs, to your back and arms before reaching your face and eyebrows. Make sure every part of your body is fully relaxed. While Sir John and Mrs Jennings were in Exeter, they met with two young ladies who turned

out to be the relations of the Jennings'. With no more information than this, Sir John

invited them to come and stay at Barton Park, which they agreed to immediately.

Lady Middleton was surprised for the pair to arrive with guests in tow,

but as the girls doted on her children upon entering the house, she soon

found them agreeable.

Sir John then marched down to the cottage to entreat the Miss Ashwoods to join them.

They didn't rush over as was his wish, but the next day they did call on the house.

They found the mist steals Anne and her younger sister Lucy, to be nowhere near as admirable as Sir John described.
