another year with us here and that's crazy to me this is year two of the podcast and there are

already so many great opportunities and new avenues, so I hope that you all stay tuned for that.

Today is a little bit different than our normal positive affirmations, but since it's, you know, the new year, I wanted to bring something new to the table.

Normally, when I'm preparing for a positive affirmation, episode, I take a walk, and I bring a piece of paper and a pencil, and I think about what I want to say to each of you individually,

and usually their phrases. Usually, you know, it's something, you know, along the lines of

you are this or you're going to be this and you know I try and make it you know

heart to heart but this year what I wanted to do was just speak positive words your way.

Not phrases, not sentences, not

long, drawn out,

whatever.

Um,

I just wanted to speak

some positive words

that I felt like

you deserve in 2019.

And as I was kind of searching for these words, I came across a website called Enchanted Learning,
