My name is Melly and tonight we are going to be digging back into the 50

ASMR triggers that I did a few months ago. I chose to do this tonight, number one, because it was suggested by a great friend of the podcast, Becca.

She thought it would be a good idea to pick some of the triggers that I did in the previous episode,

and to do them more slowly and to do them with more depth since most of the triggers were only done for a minute or so.

So thank you for the idea. Wonderful. I'm also choosing to do this episode tonight because congratulations again, everyone.
