My name is Melly and tonight, today this morning, whenever you're listening to this, I am going to be just doing some random triggers that I have in front of me at my makeup desk.

I was asked many, many moons ago if I could do a makeup sort of get ready with me thing,

and I've sat down twice now to try and do it, and I just...

My makeup desk wasn't organized, my room wasn't organized, and finally...

The stars have aligned, apparently, and I'm feeling confident that this time I can do that. I won't actually be getting ready, but I'm going

to talk you through some of the things I use. I'm just going to be honestly rambling while doing

more triggered type things, which is something that I've been wanting to do, and I finally have enough space cleared,

and I've been taking the time that I've been absent to make sure that when I come back,

everything is clean and ready and organized and written out, scheduled more or less, for all of you.

So there's that but before we get into that I wanted to say

thank you to the wonderful responses that I've been getting from the e-carts that I sent out

it is not necessary to respond at all it was from the e-carts that I sent out.

I'm so thankful for every single person who listens to my podcast and who just overall is there and who sometimes hears my struggles because I talk about them and just to relate
