Hi everybody, welcome to another edition of Talking Elite Fitness, the usual suspects

here with you, Sean Woodland, Tommy Marquez and Lauren Collille, beautiful Thursday as

we record on May 4th. May the fourth be with you, everyone. Happy Star Wars Day. Yes, I'm

sure Lauren is celebrating accordingly. I have used a light saber before and when I did,

that was the first time that I realized it was a light saber and not a light saber.

Like the candy. Sean's head just almost explode. It's okay. It's okay. You know, like it,

you know, like it's South Park when someone just their head's just randomly popped from

frustration. That's what Sean said almost just using the Chewbacca defense, Bob.

That wasn't a button. No, that's Tommy Marquez doing a wookie impression. So happy May 4th,

everybody. My wife came to me last night and she's like, she texted me. She goes, I have a

huge favor to ask. I said, okay, what? And she is one of her co-workers today is getting sworn

in. He's a huge Star Wars fan. He got promoted to lieutenant. So he got sworn in as lieutenant.

And she texted me last night. She's like, can one of her co-workers wear your costume to the

swearing in tomorrow? I went, yeah, that's fine. Sure. That's amazing. She gathered it all up this

morning, took it out the door. And I was like, Tommy, you'll get this. I was like a Han Solo in

return legit. I went, he's like, you're telling me not a scratch, right? He's like, we can have

so I kind of was like looking longingly as it went out the door. No, I'm okay. This is going to

be all right. So yeah, he put it on and I guess it was a big hit and a light saber's there. Not

savers, light sabers as he was after he got sworn in. Everyone like lit him up. So it was

pretty cool. So I'm happy to be part of that. I was hoping the other line you would have

followed it up with as she walks out. She goes, I love you. I know. I know.

I've been good. You'll learn one day, Lauren. Okay. I'm bummed. I meant to wear my chewy socks.
