Hi friends. Welcome to our final practice of the week. We have been diving pretty deep into

beauty standards that we have integrated inside and really getting honest and real with

ourselves about how they impact our lives. And this work is pretty deep work. It can

bring up a lot of things. I just want to give you a little pat on the back for going through this

journey with me this week and hopefully into the future as well. Today, I of course want you to

connect with a practice that makes you feel beautiful.

Now, that beautiful as a feeling, I've been contemplating that a little bit.

I honestly don't know if feeling beautiful is a feeling or if the thing that we're actually

looking for when we say feeling beautiful is feeling

like who we are. For me, really, that's really what feeling beautiful actually means. When I feel

beautiful, what I mean is I feel like myself. I feel like I can show myself the way I am without

having to apologize for it, without having to play small,

without wanting to hide, just shining fully in my body as I am. That's what beauty means to me.

What I want you to do today is spend some time immersing yourself in a practice that makes you feel like you.

A practice that makes you feel like your most beautiful self, like your most authentic self.

Now, this could be a practice that has more to do with adornment, a practice that really is about

beautification. Perhaps it's putting on your favorite outfit or doing your hair just so or spending

extra time doing your makeup or adorning yourself with certain kinds of accessories or putting on your

favorite shoes or something

along the lines of that, right? And it could also be something that traditionally we don't relate

to beauty at all. So maybe a practice where you move your body in a way that just makes you feel

really strong, something that makes you feel really powerful, that makes you
