You got to be on the bad side. What I like to do is wake up hungover, face unwashed from the night before,

immediately look at world news on my phone, compare myself to others, and wonder why I'm depressed.

What could I be doing wrong?

do you ever like because sometimes I'll be like oh I feel like my soul has left my body. And then I'll look at my time I spent on Instagram. And it's like, you've spent six hours today. Yeah. Like, I could be writing a novel. Yeah. I could be writing a fucking novel. You don't have, you don't do the timer. No. I mean I mean, I ignore it all the time anyway. I know. I got ignore to the end of the day button. I'm hitting that every day around 9 a.m. But it gives me a little hint of guilt that I'm like, all right, I got it. Get up. How long do you all spend on like the reels? Gosh, well, you know what? I really tried to get off of it and I created a burner account

because I was like, I was like, I'll have a fake account and it's the only one I can go on.

Because with mine, when you know people and they're constantly posting their successes,

it can feel like it's the twin crim, the twin thieves of like regret and excitement for your

pal.

Yeah, you know, jealousy and excitement, which really just, I think, when they come together,

make a baby that is called Feeling Bad, right?

Yeah, there's like the big name celebrity that you're like, oh, okay, I like to follow them
