How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast. This is your host, Henry, and together,

the second episode of the day, and it is all about keeping these positive vibrations flowing.

I want to keep you in the zone so that way we can

finish 2020 strong together. And this episode, this podcast is going to be about overcoming those

obstacles, those things in your head that seem difficult that you just can't conquer.

We talked about maybe discovering your Everest. Well, maybe you know what it is. And you just

can't seem to beat it,

to climb it to get the courage or figure out the puzzle on how to do that. So that's what this

episode is going to be uncovering and talking about and how perspective plays such, perspective and

experience plays such a key role in achieving your dreams. But of course, before we get

started, we want to take a deep breath. This is a healing breath. Hopefully we're doing this a few times a day to really center ourselves, to just be one for a minute, to invite some positive healing, you know, holy energy into our body that will loosen up any negativity

that's holding us out. We're going to breathe that out and we're going to be left feeling at ease

and ready to conquer the rest of the day. So let's go ahead and just take a deep breath in.
