But of course, before we get started, we're going to take a deep breath so that way we can slow down, zero in, and really enjoy this time together. These breathing exercises are so important. It allows you to, one, just kind of take stock of how you're feeling, take care of yourself, get your mind level, and, you know, really move through the day and the right direction. So what we're going to do is we're going to imagine that we're surrounded by a healing light, |
