sunshine. And there are people moving into rental properties. So for all you landlords out there,

hopefully your vacancies are low, your occupancy is high and your cash flow is doing well.

For those of you that are thinking about getting into real estate, this is a bit of a challenging

time. It's hard to know if you should jump on the deal that you've got, if you should move and

get into the market, or if you should stay out and wait

to see where things are going to go. We'll talk about that a little bit more in today's episode

later on. And we're going to get into some listener questions that we've got. This will be a

scene green style show. So we're going to answer the questions that other real estate investors,

just like you have from across the country and hopefully all learn from it.
