2018 edition of Tesla Daily on official Tesla podcast.

Today we are talking about the SEC issuing a subpoena to Tesla.

Tesla stock on the day on Wednesday finishing down 2.57% to $338.69 cents,

this compared to the Nasdac down.23 percent. So I think all things considered

with the SEC news and the NASDAQ and macro environment being more difficult. Actually, not

too bad of a day for Tesla stock.

All right, so quick episode today.

I'm a little bit crunched on time.

I do have the next two days off of my full-time job.

I'm gonna be heading up to Northern Minnesota

to spend some time with my family.

I do plan on podcasting tomorrow morning and then again on Friday

and don't know what time but we'll get to an episode each day this week but with the

compressed work week on top of obviously a ton of Tesla news trying to be as

detailed as possible in my analysis of that news both

for my own understanding and then also reporting back on the podcast I do find myself

running a little bit short on time tonight with that being said obviously some big

news today with reports of the SEC issuing a subpoena to Tesla and while we don't have any official statements from the SEC or Tesla to confirm that it is being widely reported on widely enough that I think if it were not happening,

Tesla at least probably would have come out and refuted it by now. So it seems more likely

than not that this is real. As I said yesterday, legal matters are most definitely not my area of expertise, so I want to
