Today we have a little bit more news on

Tesla's possible privatization. So we're going to continue to talk about that.

I think we'll talk about it a little bit more on tomorrow's episode and then maybe

on Thursday and Friday we can come back to kind of what else is going on at Tesla recently.

Tesla stock on the day finishing down 2.46% to $347.64 cents,

this compared to the Nasdac up 0.65%. So in terms of the news on private sector... cents this Tesla, where both sides have now chosen their teams. Elon tweeting, quote,

I'm excited to work with Silver Lake and Goldman Sachs as financial advisors,

plus Wachtell, Lipton Rosen and Katz, and Munger Tolls and Olson, as legal

advisors on the proposal to take Tesla private."

Then Tesla filing an 8K this morning saying, quote, Tesla Inc. announced today that its

Board of Directors has formed a special committee comprised of three independent directors

to act on behalf of the company in connection with Elon Musk's previously announced consideration of a transaction to take the company private.

Continuing, quote, the special committee is composed of Brad Bus, Robin Denholm, and Linda Johnson

Rice. The Special Committee has retained Latham and Watkins LLP as its legal counsel and intends

to retain an independent financial advisor to assist in its review of a formal proposal once received.

The company has separately retained Wilson's Scheney Goodrich and Rosati as its legal counsel

in this matter."
