And now I figured it would be the best time to kind of talk about just the continued,

I don't even know what to call it, crazy media offseason that they've had so far.

It's a bad PR offseason for the SEC. I mean, in a lot of ways. Lord, I mean, you have coaches taking shots at other coaches, coaches, coaches taking shots at schools, athletic directors, talking some nonsense. And we're going to dive into all of that. But Brian, you and I were talking about this segment before the show started today. And it just kind of led me to just one question of like, what the heck happened to the SEC, dude?

Yeah.

Like I remember when I was growing up, I'm obviously of the younger college football fan base members.

But I remember growing up and just looking at like in 2009, for example, just thinking about the SEC and looking at the lineup of

coaches think about nick saving at vam and urban mire at florida less miles at ls ubby petrino

at arkansas mark rick at georgia lane kiffin at tennessee spurier at south carolina mullins at

mississippi state like i'm going through and i'm like man that is just a conference that

you don't want to mess with that is what, that is just a conference that you don't want to

mess with. That is a mean conference right there, dude. And now you fast forward to the 2026 off the office. And it's like, this is just a conference full of a bunch of babies. Like, honestly, like it's even the vets in the league. Like Kirby Smart is still talking about, well, fine, you don't like it, we're just going to go and do our own thing then. It's like, what

happened to the SEC conference? in the league. Like Kirby Smart is still talking about, well, fine. You don't like it. We're just going to go and do our own thing then.

It's like, what happened to the SEC conference set just for years were so dominant

and didn't take it from anybody and nor did they dish it back to each other.

And now it's the polar 180.

It's crazy, man.

What's funny about it is, well, I'll say, is well i'll say here's what i here's what i think is

going on trab i think what's happening is the bullies are now getting bullied and they don't they

don't like it and they don't know what to do about it and so all they can do is really just complain

and the other part of it is i think they know that when things are on more of an even playing
