But daily comments, our resident Miami fan says, what do you think about doing with a way with spring ball and going towards a spring OTA like the NFL with the goal to help with calendar craziness?

I don't know that spring ball necessarily is the reason for calendar craziness.

The calendar craziness is more about when does the semester start.

And it's not a lot you can do about that.

I don't think once you start having spring ball in March and April,

I don't think that necessarily impacts the calendar a whole lot. I also kind of like the idea of it, of the way it's

set up now, because again, it's not the NFL. They have class. They have other things to do.

I like the idea of having a period that's less intense every other day in the middle school year type of thing,

then you can take a break, then you have summer workouts,

and then you take another quick two-week break,

and then you get back to fall camp.

I think that actually makes a lot of sense.

Also, let's not also forget that there's a lot of rookie camps and different things

happening during spring ball right after the

draft so like you know you're saying i mean within a week of being drafted jeremiah i mean

geron i mean jordan prices in a seahawk uniform at practice rookie rookie camp

jake tefelsky signed a contract and within a week, he's, or he, not signed a contract,

he got an invite to attend, and within a week he's there working out trying to make a team.

So like they have different periods as well.

So if you want to add a summer OTA, which honestly, they already have.
