The Seattle storm kicks off their 25th season tonight at Climate Pledge Arena. The team is looking to improve after a disappointing season last year as the entire WNBA

preps for a huge new wave of viewership and attendance in what could be its biggest season ever.

Seattle Now Sports correspondent Vaughn Jones is here to tell us more about the new and improved storm lineup and what to look forward to this WNBA season.

Seattle Times publisher and CEO Frank Bledon announced yesterday he'll be stepping down at the end of 2025.

Bledon spent more than four decades at the helm of the paper.

The company's president and chief financial officer, Alan Fisco, will be named CEO when Bledon steps down,

according to a message sent to Times employees.

Seattle City Council will vote today on the new contract for Seattle Police.

Officers would receive retroactive pay increases leading to a six-figure-based salary.

Critics were hoping for more strict accountability measures. The negotiations have been going on for more than three years.

The original Spug contract expired at the end of 2020. And there's still room if you'd like to attend the mayor's next community safety forum
