But I'm so pumped about getting into this season because it's all about one thing, which is

One of the things that God's been working on in my heart a lot recently is about what it

looks like to rest and how, you know, rest isn't just meaning like lay there and be lifeless,

but what it looks like to delight in him and to truly have that reset. And so I'm just so

thankful that the Lord has continued to press that upon my heart and also really brought

vegging on the couch, you know, watching some show and not getting any kind of fulfillment,

you know when one area is off, then everything else typically feels off. It's just so intertwined.
