We marvel at the elaborate facade of the Chinese theatre and press our own palms into the handprints

of film grates like Humphrey Bogart and Clark Gable.

We're intrigued by the secret tales of movie stars

and the inner workings of the classic movie studios.

But like Hollywood itself, the legends that surround it

are filled with a myriad of scandals, sin, murder, and of course,

ghosts. The city is a haunted underbelly that revels in the dark side of the American dream. The bright photographs of

L.A. sunny streets hide whispers of crime and corruption. Behind the doors of

its lavish homes hide unsolved mysteries and stories that plunge to the depths of depravity.

The lure of Tinsultown has been part of America since the first silent filmmakers came

west to the small town known as Los Angeles in the early 1900s.
