Six years ago, Love Food was being born. I was sweating bullets the first time I published an episode mostly because I was so scared to use my voice. But I really wanted to help you feel less alone on your Food Peace Journey so I did it anyway! Thank you for helping me to grow. In this season finale, I share the hits and misses I have made over the years recording this show. I announce changes to expect in 2022. Thank you for joining me so far and looking forward to continue to grow together in Season 6!
