The Hello all you beautiful people and welcome to the Glorious and the mundane

podcast I'm your host Christi Nachols I trust that this finds you well today

and that you've been able to steal away a few minutes to sort of quiet your heart in the middle of the pace of life

that we all know that we can get in. I've been encouraged this week in the sweetest

way of who is out there listening to this podcast as I've been out on the road with my

sweet friend Jenny Allen on the Freedom Project Tour and I've gotten to get face to face

with many of you including some of the patrons of this podcast,

which I always respond with a huge hug around the neck

because it means so much to me to have that kind of support

in this work.

But many of you through tears have told me specific ways that God has spoken to you and touched your heart.

And believe me when I say that I know you needed to tell me those things, but I also needed to hear them. So you you can ask my husband Nathan I walk away every

time completely blown away at the intentionality of God and how he speaks to our hearts

at just the right time and how it's always for the sharing.

It just helps me know that this work is the right work for this season.

I've been reminded of that and it's been a really sweet thing.

I know that an episode every other week doesn't seem like a lot of work,

but the way I specifically have chosen to do,

this podcast actually requires so much preparation.

So it just helps me know that it's all worth it when I see your beautiful

faces and I hear your beautiful stories and it's why I call you beautiful people
