Last we heard he was scheduled to be back in court for a hearing tomorrow.

I'll be honest I've not been able to confirm that.

It's a little iffy sometimes with the federal court system if anyone has that a

hundred percent confirmed in SDS Nation please let me know but uh the last time we

were with you it was an attorney out of Houston Texas named Tony Busby announcing that he

plans to file 120 civil lawsuits against Sean Pedede Combs.

One involves a victim as young as nine years old,

according to this lawyer.

And he went on to say at the press conference, this individual who was nine years old at the time

was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records, of course that is Diddy's record company.
