tomorrow should be Dan Markkel's 52nd birthday.

Alas, it will not happen because of all the events

that we know that have occurred since August of 2014 so just wanted to July of 2014 I should say and

this is Dan right here different photos that his family have given us over the years just want to let

Bill and Shelley know that we're thinking about them tonight and come really close with all them particularly

Ruth and Phil and and Shelley for that matter. They're all great people and they

should not be suffering like this.

And to add insult to injury,

now this trial with Donna appears to be a very long way off

which we're going to get into right now. So I wanted to make sure I mentioned

that off the top. Now it is just three weeks after Donna Adelson's murder trial unraveled and Steve Cohen and I as many of you were there to watch it happen in person and that is when Dan Rashbaum summarily withdrew himself from the case.

It shocked a lot of people.

Others said, hey, this was coming

because of all the conflicts of interest.
