And today we are here with

sean croxton and he just got voted one of the top 15 crusaders for health in america's food

industry along with a lot of other people rob wolf was on the list michel ob Obama was actually on the list. Michael Paulin was on

the list. So it's pretty cool. It's a it was on greatest.com and you could just search crusaders

if you want to see that, but he was on that list. So that's a pretty cool accomplishment. Also, Sean,

you all probably know him from his podcast. He has tons of episodes with people, probably some of the same guests that I've had on my show,

and he's certainly been doing it for a few years longer than I have.

So he's got quite the database of information there.

So definitely want to check out his podcast, Underground Wellness, on iTunes.

And Sean actually got a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, and he started as a personal trainer.

But he realized that, you know, he can only help so many people per day as a personal trainer

versus taking to the internet, starting a podcast, getting a website up, and all this different

stuff.

Now he's able to take a holistic and functional approach to many people's lives

versus just, say, eight clients doing one-hour sessions a day.

So it's awesome to hear somebody else doing this.

He also does video blogs and stuff on YouTube that you should check out.

I mean, if you haven't made yourself

familiar with Sean Crox, then you definitely should. He is a cool guy, and he actually rocks the
