I want to stick with the coaching thing. I mean, we'll stray from that at some point if this

lingers on or whatever. But I do think it's definitely what we need to be talking about at the moment.

Since we got together, Jeff Halfley has taken the Dolphins job, and Tennessee hired Robert Sala.

Sala.

Sala was not in the mix, at least as far as reporting this, you know,

what's been reported for the Steelers.

So that really doesn't change things at all.

Halfley was in the mix for the Steelers.

He was one of their interviews.

And I'll be very honest. I was kind of happy to see him go.

He didn't do a lot for me. He was at the bottom of my list in terms of guys the Steelers interviewed.

It's been reported. Remember, I'm recording this Tuesday dinner time that Weaver will be in for a second

interview and McCarthy is going to have his formal in-person an interview on Wednesday,

probably while you're listening to this. Not that it matters. We know McCarthy is from Pittsburgh, but I just double

checked. I'm like, is he, does he live in town? No, I did a Google search and it says he lives in

Green Bay. So it's not just like, ah, he's right up a street. We'll just bring him in. That's not the

case with McCarthy.

So Weaver aside, if you go look at Vegas odds now, again, Tuesday evening,

there are three gentlemen that stand way above the rest of the field in terms of Vegas odds to be the Steelers head coach. And in order, they are

Shula as the most likely McCarthy 2nd, Flores, 3rd. And then everybody else is basically a

distant fourth with maybe Weaver would be next. I don't know. I didn't even look past the top
