And there are, to some extent results.

There is a process. And we are now into the, I guess you could call it the second phase.

They're not calling it that. But when you start bringing people in in person, it's a little bit different. Yeah, I would definitely say that the initial phase has been done.

They've not just performed several virtual interviews, but they've been officially announced

by the team, even the announcement from the team from team spokesman, Bert Laughton,

that in-person interviews were going to be starting.

So you kind of get that, okay, this is the next step.

Now, three in-person interviews scheduled for this week, Brian Flores, Mike McCarthy, Anthony

Weaver, only Anthony Weaver is the second interview of the three.

So that kind of-

Including his virtual interview.

Right, that's what I'm saying.

Like Anthony Weaver was part of that his virtual interview. Right. That's what I'm saying. Like Anthony Weaver did was part of that initial virtual interview group.

Neither Flores or McCarthy was.

So it's the first interviews for each of them.

Yes, next step for sure.

Of course, you're kind of waiting on the Rams too to see what happens.

Oh, I'm not kind of waiting. Oh, yeah. Okay. And I think that's why this is a slow burn. That's probably the best way I'm going to describe this. I think people want to see results. You're going to have to wait. If you want this process to be done right, you're going to have to wait.
