In these last days since last we talked, there have been movement at the DC court, which is an

esteemed court of 11 judges, I understand, a recruiting ground for the Supreme Court over the centuries.

But in any event, we're looking at a three-judge panel hearing the observation by the

present former President Trump's attorneys that he enjoys immunity.

This is based upon the decision by the presiding judge in the case that heretofore is scheduled to go forward March 4th by Special Council

Jack Smith that the immunity claim is not to be honored, is not accurate. The three-judge panel is to

advance a decision, but in the meantime there have been decisions at the DC court, the former President Trump's

request to go en banc, in other words all 11 judges to look at this question

has been rejected and as of now the three judge panel has narrowed the gag order

that Judge Chutkin put on former president Trump.
