I am calling for a constitutional amendment called the

no one is above the law amendment. It would make clear that there is no

immunity for crimes a former president committed while in office.

I share our founders believe that the president's power is limited, not absolute.

We are a nation of laws, not of kings or dictators.

I welcome Professor Richard Epstein, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, teaches law

at NYU and the University of Chicago, to comment on the controversy over the recent Supreme Court decision about immunity

asking for clarification of what are the offenses from a lower courts?

The President once a constitutional amendment,

which I admit is a stretch because that would require a filter that is very rare in this country

the acknowledgement of so many legislatures and it takes time and their campaigns have to be built for many

years and Mr. Biden is coming to the end of his time in office.

However, let us treat this as a theory and not as a ongoing campaign.
