The Supreme Court seemed deeply skeptical about President Donald Trump's use of emergency powers to impose tariffs.

Several conservative justices picked apart the administration's reliance on a vague federal law from the 1970s.

The administration's top appeals attorney argued that the International Emergency Economic Powers

Act gives Trump the power to do so.

But small businesses challenging the tariffs don't agree.

An important question looming over the arguments was whether businesses would be entitled

to a refund if Skulles ruled in their favor.

Meanwhile, the court's three liberal justices made clear they weren't buying the Trump administration's arguments.

It is a tough day for Louisville, for Kentucky.

That's Todd Inman from the National Transportation Safety Board with an update on yesterday's UPS cargo plane crash that officials say killed at least 11 people.

A local hospital says two of the injured victims are in critical condition.

Inman says surveillance footage shows the plane's left engine detached from the wing during takeoff,

and says the plane's black boxes the cockpit voice recorder and the flight data recorder have been recovered.

Enman says the UPS flight wasn't delayed and no maintenance work was done on the plane

immediately before the crash.
