I'm John Bass, a Great pleasure to welcome Professor Richard Epstein,

or otherwise converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive under and then a series of laws is a firearm, in quotes, regulated

by the Gun Control Act of 1968 and two, whether, quote, a partially complete disassembled or non-functional frame or receiver, end quote,

that is, quote, designed to or may readily be completed, assembled, restored or otherwise converted to function as a

frame or receiver.

Under the same law is a frame or receiver regulated by the Control Act, Gun Control Act of 1968.
