of Scholar.com, a global technology firm, transforming the retail space with digital

signage.

China, for some weeks and months, Chris is reported on manufacturing slowdown in China.

We now have numbers from the outside of manufacturing, the larger economy, suggesting that China

is slowing down even more than expected for 2024.

The number here, Reuters, is somewhere between four and a half and five and a half GDP.

That is ambitious.

At the same time, the Chinese banks are lowering their bar for people to borrow money, but nobody

wants to borrow, they're paying off the mortgage as they have.

How does this translate into the manufacturing economy?

You have work in China and it's business to business work, but you're in a neighborhood

of manufacturing.

Have you seen any recovery or stabilizing of the manufacturing sector or of the shipping

sector, the cargo that's moving towards the United States?

We continue to get increasingly urgent calls from China with excess capacity, lowered costs,

more opportunity for quicker manufacturing.

There's clearly a continued slowdown.

You continue to see container traffic off 30 to 35%.
