The alienation affects remote and in-person workers alike.

The disconnection is driving up staff turnover and worker absences, making it a business

issue for more employers, executives and

researchers.

business blossoms when people are in the office, work from home,

has not been conducive to your technology, creation, the R&D, and the camaraderie of working in the office. This suggests there's loneliness otherwise.

And I mentioned that in Manhattan, to the best of my knowledge, the younger workers are all comfortable with three days a week in the

office, Monday, mandated, maybe Wednesday, maybe Tuesday, but Thursday and Friday definitely

can be taken from home.
