All right, so this question this week is from Taylor and he's asking about marriage.

Some people, you know, I think it's really common that people are pretty disenchanted with

marriage and monogamy.

It doesn't look, you know, it doesn't look that fun.

It looks, um, a lot of people blow out

people just all of a sudden you find out your friends are getting a divorce

it's like what I thought you guys were great.

Marriage is hard and monogamy is hard. But people still seem to want to partner with someone.

Doesn't mean you have to get married, but that seems to be the consensus.

And I was pretty bitter on marriage myself prior to getting married and having kids, I didn't

want either. And those of you who follow me know this about me that I just thought

marriage looked like a joke

because I just didn't see it like quote making people happy I happier I was like

what plus I was like, what? Plus I was really defended. I was really emotionally guarded as a man. And so it made sense that I was anti-marriage because it's like, I want to lock in with someone else.

I also saw it as just a complete impediment of my freedom.

All right.

So, this question is from Taylor and it's a good one and I'm gonna just riff on it for a minute

he's saying I can imagine being with one person for 10 years, but at 50 years I just wonder if people don't change so much that setting the goal of together forever isn't setting yourself up for a failure.

What do you guys think?
