an affair he had in 2015 with a married woman.

He probably could have gotten away with the affair if he hadn't bound this woman to some

workout equipment in his basement using duct tape and then blindfolded

this woman and then taken nude photographs of this woman without her consent, photos he threatened

to release on the internet if she ever told anyone about the affair that they were having.

She told just one person, her then husband, now her ex, who violated her privacy by secretly recording a phone conversation

he had with her about the reasons for their divorce, which included the affair with Brighton's,

and then releasing those conversations to the media.

So bondage, not a crime, but blackmail revenge, porn, and in Missouri invading someone's privacy,
