Those of us who are old enough to remember the grief that Hillary Clinton got during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, the grief and the criticism that she came in for for having the nerve to be married to a man who cheated on her

are a little shocked by the past that Melania Trump is being given. Melania Trump isn't

being asked any questions about Lafair de Stormy Daniels or any of the other affairs

or all of the women that Donald Trump sexually assaulted or is alleged

to have sexually assaulted. Actually, I think Melania Trump was asked about that and she called

them all liars and that is the end of that. But if this were happening to Bill and Hillary Clinton

that Bill Clinton had paid a porn star $130,000 before the election to keep his mouth shut,

half of the news stories in the Washington Post, Marine Dowd of the New York Times, would be dedicating so many column inches, acres of column

inches, to the question of what did Melania know and when did she know it and why is she

staying and what is she thinking? As more and more evidence comes out that her husband cheated on her. And what does it say

about women and American women that she's standing by her man? You know what I think it says? Well,

I don't know if this is what it says about Melania, but I'm pretty sure I know what Melania is thinking

every time Donald Trump hooks up with a porn star and that

porn star goes down on him. She is thinking, there but for the grace of God, blow I. I think she's

relieved. I think Melania Trump is only too happy. And of course, she can't display that delight in public because that wouldn't play well

with the evangelical Christians who support Donald Trump overwhelmingly.

She can't betray that or show that in public or admit to it in public.

So she disappears from view.

She puts on the frown that she wears 24 hours a day. She's married to fuck
