Now, I've gotten a couple in the last week or two because I've had nothing to say on the podcast about

Sandra Fluck, about the battle over contraception, about the war on women, about transvaginal

ultrasounds, about Rush Limbaugh. I've had plenty to say about all of that shit.

I've been saying it at Slog the Stranger's blog, which you can read at slog.

Thestranger.com, and I've been saying it on my Twitter feed at fake Dan Savage.

But sometimes, you know, we record the podcast seven, eight, ten days out or a week out,

sometimes a couple weeks in advance

because of my schedule.

And when that happens, I can't be completely topical at the top of the show because we're

a little out in advance.

But I will, you know, in my defense, point out that for more than a decade, I have

been writing something at the bottom of Savage Love called
