Hey Besties, it's Week 5 of the Savage Girl Summer! This week we cover breakups and a nighttime routine. All of the habits we talk about have impacted my life... but ya'll know my breakup content hits different! movement. Week three, we covered habit stacking, and the concept of getting 1% better. Week four, we did morning routine and self-love, and now we're in week five.

I feel like I probably have said this every episode, but all of these habits really have impacted my life in a really big way.

This week specifically, breakups and a nighttime routine feel like they're just

I've had a lot of relationships. Let's, I can't beat around the bush with this. I've had,

I think, four long-term relationships,

including Jake right now. So I and my most recent breakup was terrible. It was horrible.

And I created really great health. No, no, no, I shouldn't say that. My most recent relationship

previous to Jake was horrible. My breakup was actually amazing because I learned about healthy habits and habit loops. Also this week we're learning about a nighttime routine, which was my hardest habit. I feel like people get really confused when I say that. But for me personally, forming a nighttime routine, it was like beating me up. It was so hard. I think it took me four months to figure out how to even start

to create a nighttime routine when that worked for me. That's why I love teaching habits and why

when I teach habits, when people say, oh, how long does it take to change a habit or you can change

a habit in three weeks? It's like, maybe every single person builds is going to have a different
